CONDITION TERMS CAR4YOU:

 

        I.            Buyer Declare of the vehicle described above at the price stated including any deductions for the part exchanged vehicle as below (if applicable). He acknowledges collection of or receiving delivery of the part exchange vehicle as described to the seller on the date shown on car sales invoice.

      II.            Each car has a warranty of 3 days from Car4you (if the car breaks down due to reasons not dependent on the buyer of the vehicle, the buyer is obliged to repair the vehicle.

    III.            Warranty after 3 days you have to claim from company Customer Protect. The company cooperates with Car4You. If you buy a car, you must check the Customer Protection list (the list is enclosed in the documents) which components are under warranty.

    IV.            You have a choice of 2 warranty options.

 

a)      Warranty Bronze      

b)     Warrant Silver

The bronze warranty is a standard guarantee which is free. A 3-month warranty that covers damage up to £ 250 as many claims you need. The warranty covers the engine, gearboxes (everything is included in the check list that you must sign with the purchase contract).

The silver warranty is a guarantee for which you have to pay £ 120. A 3-month warranty that covers damage up to £ 500 as many claims you need. The warranty covers the engine, gearboxes and electrical components (everything is included in the check list that you must sign with the purchase contract).

      V.            If you left the car in part-ex and a new car that was purchased at car4you have broken down and your old car has already been sold, the company is obliged to refund the value of the car for which it bought it from the customer

    VI.            If a refund is required for a car, Car4You is obliged to return the entire cost of the vehicle to 7 business days.

  VII.            Trade Descriptions Act 1968. Car4You Company has been unable to confirm the Mileage recorded on this odometer and therefore it must be considered incorrect.

  1. Customer check car properly about Bodywork, History of car and etc. and is fully satisfied with the condition of the car and I will not make any claims because I am buying a car sold as seen.

    IX.            If the buyer wants to return the car to the car4you company due to the breakdown of the car, will get a refund, it must be delivered to our company NP10 8UF Halfway Garage. If we are forced to collect the car, you will be charged a recovery fee of £ 1.50 per mile 

If you will not a collect and is not our fault car Deposit will stay with Car4you.
